As for controlling the computer with the mouse, and in particular, double and single clicks, here, too, the whole thing is more about habit and taste. One is used to double-clicking with the mouse instead of one to open a program or some document, while someone is more familiar with clicking once. Software problem

Do-it-yourself micro switch repair

If you decide to repair the mouse yourself, you should be aware that such actions will automatically void the warranty on it. You will have to work with very small objects, so if you break something, you will only have to blame yourself. And such a trick is not a panacea. The new micro switch will not last forever.

First you need to open the mouse. Different models of mice are opened in different ways. Often there are a couple of screws that are under the pads. It is necessary to remove these pads and unscrew the screws. The front of the mouse will need to pry the latches and remove the top of the mouse.
Under the button you need to find the micro switch. If, despite the case being opened, it is difficult to get to the microswitch, you will have to remove the board, it may be necessary to disconnect its cables.
